On February 15, 2018, EMDEV became a partner of the FinNext 2018 forum. FinNext is a meeting place for people shaping the future of financial innovation. This event was held for the sixth time, and it shows that the interest in the development of banking innovations is not weakening. Among the participants are representatives of Raiffeisenbank, ROSBANK, URALSIB Bank, Sberbank and other top managers with CIO status.

The program of the forum sessions consisted of the following topics: banks as engines of FINTECH innovations; artificial intelligence, machine learning; biometric solutions; open API; mobile FINTECH; blockchain; stock FINTECH; new ways of identification and FINTECH and mobile operators. The forum presented quite interesting technological innovations about the future of financial institutions in the new economy on the example of logistics, as well as the R&D process in Alfa-Bank on the example of a pilot project to recognize emotions.

The company EMDEV presented at the moment the only solution on the Russian market in the field of Open Banking. The main concepts of this direction:

• Banks provide data to partners through APIs and partners can create new financial applications for end customers using Bank data through APIs.
• This leads to attraction of new clients, as clients of partners are now clients of the Bank.
• The Bank provides the basis for new FinTech business partners to provide faster withdrawal of new products, increasing the Bank's customer base.
