EMDEV and Liferay participated in the Moscow CX WORLD FORUM 2018

Liferay sponsored CX World Forum, which took place in Moscow on 18 and 19 April 2018. CX World Forum is an event for those who want to bring their business and customer relationships to a new level who have a goal to optimize the point of customer interaction (Customer Journey Map) to build Omni-channel customer experiences (omni-channel CX) to improve the CX, UX and customer interaction with the brand.
